You can walk, bird watch, fish, swim or just sit back and soak up the country atmosphere. We are 100% committed to sustainable living and do our best to do this. We have a 40-acre property with only about 10 acres cleared and the rest is natural rainforest. We have only been living here since September 2011 so everything is still a work in progress, but it is all coming together really great. We have cows, pigs, guinea fowl, a cat and a brilliant Border Collie dog called Buddy who is everybody's mate. I love woodwork and furniture making, have my owned timber mill and built my owned house with every piece of wood coming of the mill, The bush bath is a feature with most guests taking advantage of a hot bath in the moonlight. We have a substantial vegie garden with a large variety of plants and also about 100 fruit trees in our orchard. Everything is done on Permaculture and Bio Dynamic (Demeter) principles. I am not doing Hipcamping for the money, my main goal is to share with visitors a different lifestyle based on health, happiness, self responsibility and freedom, I am very easy to talk to and look forward to having a chat.

Undercliff is a 37000 acre cattle station. It's a big valley with mountains each side. There are big open creek flats that you can camp next to - 5 awesome creeks that all flow into the one murray creek which has crystal clear sand filtered water. Each of the permanent water holes are about 1km long and 50m wide or so and really deep with great fishing or boating. The mountains are great for 4x4 or bush walking to see the beautiful waterfalls during the wet season. For biosecurity reasons, campers will need to wash they set up upon entry and exit of the property.

By night, sit by the firepit and gaze up at the stars while listening to the sounds of nature on the fig tree swinging chair. The outdoor bathtub is available for hire for the evening with prior notice, and will come with beautiful dried flowers, natural bath salts charged at $60 per use. We recommend our guests bring swimmers for the bath. During your stay you will have access to our outdoor shower and composting toilet with a view. These facilities are shared by 1 other person or if another camper stays, and we kindly request that our guests are mindful of water consumption as we are on tank water. Connection of power and water is an option for extra. Our campsites are also dog friendly as we love having your fur babies visit! However if you are bringing your furry companions with you, please ensure they are friendly with other dogs, kept on a lead and supervised at all times, as our baby chickens and miniature pigs like to explore during the day along with my dog who will constantly want to be around. We’re just a short drive to Eumundi, Pomona or Cooroy for cute shops and markets, or venture 25 minutes to Noosa for a day at the beach and a variety of quality restaurants. I live onsite in another area of the property, but will be available for any questions or help. A getaway, all to yourselves, relax, unwind! Perfect spot for star-gazing with the milky way illuminated on a dark night. Great view of the full moon rising too. Tranquil and serene. Situated on quiet road in a rural setting 5 minute drive to Lake Cootharaba/ Boreen Point. Noosa Heads is approximately 25 minutes and 20 minutes to Pomona. Tent site and RV/campervan site on grassed area with power and water available. Under cover parking for campervan or tent setup is an option alongside the living area and amenities. Facilities include equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, benchtop convection oven, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils as well as plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. Bathroom with hot shower and a bathtub for parents with children. As we are on tank rainwater, we request that guests conserve water usage. Compost toilet is accessible up a few stairs. There is a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. There is wildlife around like kangaroos, wallabies, echidna and many bird species so no pets are permitted on the property. Fires are permitted in the designated Firepit provided. This has been a highlight for guests so far. For your convenience we have bags of firewood for you to use. A contribution for usage will be appreciated or bring your own. Guests are asked to respect the quiet environment. We’d appreciate no loud music or voices from 10pm to 7am. There is a neighbouring property behind the shed and our bedroom is within range! When you book you are booking the entire camp facility. It is yours to enjoy, relax, unwind, or catch up on some rest. Please advise ETA so we can greet you on arrival and show you to your campsite. It's best to arrive before sunset to select your camp spot and set up and to enjoy the sunset views! Private land with resident owners in main house situated approximately 100m from camp site. Owners maintain permaculture gardens for self sufficiency in fruit and vegetables. Mobile phone reception is patchy but internet via WiFi is available.

Our property is an easy drive to many local towns in the Lockyer and Somerset regions and only an hour to Toowoomba or Brisbane city. Towns to visit north of us - Lowood, Tarampa and Fernvale and Esk. Towns west - Plainland, Laidley, Gatton and Toowoomba. Country towns south - Marburg and Rosewood, plus easy access to the Scenic Rim. Drive East and you come to Ipswich and Brisbane. We can help you tailor your own special Foggy Lookout gathering. Our sites are 4WD access only at the moment and have a designated fire pit for camp fires, just check there are no fire bans in place prior to arrival. ***ORDER YOUR FIREWOOD (In Extras) This must be purchased at time of booking to avoid disappointment or BYO firewood. ***BOOK Amenities TOILET/SHOWER units are only available for hire at our sites. ***Wellness Activities must be booked as early as possible to avoid disappointment, preferably at the time of making booking. Only one booking allowed at each site so you will have the site to yourself, although you are able to book for friends. Pull in, light a fire, watch for falling stars, walk the dog and let the kids explore. Check the sunsets that never fail. Amenities depend on the site booked - check the options listed. We have 3 private campsites to offer, all have good distance from each other with no visibility of other camps. Approximately 400m from other sites. We like to camp with room too! Things to do - Send some golf balls into space -The creek is seasonal, only flowing after good rain. It will dry up in some conditions. Swimming in the water holes is ok, please check in the water for depth and sticks -Brisbane river is up the road (10mins) to Savages crossing or Twin Bridges. Fantastic swimming or lazing in the running water. -Push bikes, Brisbane Valley Rail Trail is 5min away if you jump on at Borallon Station Rd. Some cattle tracks for the kids to ride along in the paddock also. -Wivenhoe, Somerset Dam in the area for water sports -Wildlife watching, this paddock sustains a large variety of native animals, if you’ve got a keen eye -Bottle Tree pub is just down the road, - bit more than walking distance tho :) -Take it easy.

Bordering Springbrook National Park there are plenty of hikes and walks nearby to satisfy exploratory vibes. Otherwise, you can just sit back and enjoy the beauty, peace and quiet of this little slice of paradise. We can also offer many optional extras for private group bookings (large tents/marquees, generators, wood-fired hot tub, sauna, guided farm tour, paddock-to-plate produce etc). The income generated from Hipcamp is used to continue to manage, maintain and regenerate the site.

There are big open creek flats that you can camp next to - 5 awesome creeks that all flow into the one murray creek which has crystal clear sand filtered water. Each of the permanent water holes are about 1km long and 50m wide or so and really deep with great fishing or boating. The mountains are great for 4x4 or bush walking to see the beautiful waterfalls during the wet season. For biosecurity reasons, campers will need to wash they set up upon entry and exit of the property.

The farm is home to more than 70 animals (All have names) including dwarf goats, cows, chickens and miniature pigs, and our guests often have the chance to see cute baby animals up close! During the day you can enjoy a walk through the pine forest, and in the afternoon experience the incredible sunset vistas from our hill or from the luxurious outdoor bath. By night, sit by the firepit and gaze up at the stars while listening to the sounds of nature on the fig tree swinging chair. The outdoor bathtub is available for hire for the evening with prior notice, and will come with beautiful dried flowers, natural bath salts charged at $60 per use. We recommend our guests bring swimmers for the bath. During your stay you will have access to our outdoor shower and composting toilet with a view. These facilities are shared by 1 other person or if another camper stays, and we kindly request that our guests are mindful of water consumption as we are on tank water. Connection of power and water is an option for extra. Our campsites are also dog friendly as we love having your fur babies visit! However if you are bringing your furry companions with you, please ensure they are friendly with other dogs, kept on a lead and supervised at all times, as our baby chickens and miniature pigs like to explore during the day along with my dog who will constantly want to be around. Ready to explore outside the Farm? We’re just a short drive to Eumundi, Pomona or Cooroy for cute shops and markets, or venture 25 minutes to Noosa for a day at the beach and a variety of quality restaurants. I live onsite in another area of the property, but will be available for any questions or help. Tranquil Valley Noosa truly is a magical place to stay – come and enjoy the peace and serenity for yourself!
