Beautiful view, immaculate facility
This was the fourth stop on my best friend's 7-state 30th birthday road trip in February, and our *only* difficulty here was that traffic caused us to get in well after dark, which made finding our cabin tricky, so I recommend arriving in daylight if possible. Otherwise, my complaint to my pal while we were leaving was that we didn't have more time to spend here, because I just kept noticing more and more nifty things about it! There are citrus trees, many cute (shy) lizards, wild succulents and other nifty/pretty plants, a *beautiful* view from the top of the hill, interesting trails, event spaces, and - as I only noticed on our way out - a swimming pool! The cabin was spacious, clean, quiet, and fresh; we got restful sleep in the beds; the restrooms and showers were immaculate - seriously, maybe the best of the many I've seen at camps in seven states; the wash troughs outside the restrooms were super convenient; and our parking spot being right outside our door made packing in and out so quick and easy. My only in-person interaction with a host was ultra brief, but she was really friendly. We both recommend the heck out of this camp, and really hope we have the opportunity to stay again!
