We are a family of five and have lived in quiet Nipomo since October 2014. Our Nipomo neighborhood is known for not having street lights giving you beautiful night skies! We have a 1 Acre lot with an RV Pad out front and a hobby goat and pig farm in the back. We raise Nigerian Dwarf Goats and Kune Kune pigs. You can learn more about our animals here: https://diamonderanch.info We are centrally located between Pismo Beach and the Santa Maria Valley (for its wineries) During the week I run a Digital Marketing Agency and my wife is a retired teacher.Unfortunately we cannot accommodate long-term stays Gravel pad with Asphalt parking for your vehicle. Water: spigot on driver's side of RV pad Power: 15A 120V hookup - Not enough for larger AC units, but in Nipomo the average temperature is only 70 degrees F Sewer: A hook-up is not available but we do have a dump station for when you pull out. Walking distance to a small livestock farm Short Driving Distance to: Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande and Countless Wineries

Quiet, safe neighborhood. The family member that I met was really kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.

The camping experience on Joshua‘s RV pad was super. He is a great host who makes sure you feel totally welcome and comfortable. He even gave us a tour on his farm and our daughter was allowed to pet and feed his animals (goats, pigs, kois, turtoise, chicken…). In the area are some nice wineyards where you can do tastings and grover beach is only a short drive away.
