Conveniently located in the countryside of Santa Rosa on Western facing Sonoma Mountain. Close to Bennett Valley, Santa Rosa, Glen Ellen, Sonoma, Kenwood, Rohnert Park, Penngrove, and Petaluma. Close to wineries.Driveway Entrance. Just a simple easy access Asphalt parking space in the main entrance with some palm trees and tropical plants and a 110 outlet and garden water hose hookup. Thats all. Basic, Safe, Convenient. For in van sleeping only. Notice this spot is right next to the main entrance of the home and is a shared driveway so homeowner will be coming and going. Van is to be parked with sliding door facing away from the home to the plants for privacy. Fairly Quiet road is on the other side of the plants so cars will be passing mostly morning and evening. Delicious renowned baked goods at farmstand across the street on Saturday mornings. Thank You!
