Our ranch is a 5 acre walnut grove, of which there is a dedicated RV/Camp site that is fenced off and landscaped for your outdoor country/farm life experience. Within the site there is a fire pit for you to enjoy an evening fire. There is 30/50 Amp power hook ups for an RV’s, Motor homes, and Travel Trailers, as well as water hook up/supply. (50 AMP Customers are subject to an additional $10.00 fee per night) There is a grassy area with shade trees to enjoy some outdoor comforts while staying at the campground. There is a private driveway that leads from the main road directly to the camp site. Easy parking, plenty of outdoor space within the campground that is 70 feet wide and 60 feet deep. The parking site is fully landscaped with grass trees and parking is on rock for a clean experience. The campsite is located in the quaint town of Exeter Ca. A must see for all travelers. Exeter is a well kept town that is known for its beautiful murals throughout the town. Once you’ve enjoyed downtown Exeter, you may enjoy a hiking trail in the Giant Sequioa National Forest, or Three Rivers Ca. There are many options for outdoor activities surrounding our ranch. Come and enjoy. The outdoors await you!You can pitch a tent on a grassy area where you can enjoy nighttime star gazing in the open sky. The campsite is approx 300’ off the main road and your vehicle can park right at the campsite. Campsite is far enough away from main road. There will be no through traffic. Campsite is secluded on its own within the surrounding groves of walnuts, pomegranates and almond orchards. The main house on the property is approx. a 5 min walk from the camp site so it is very private.

This campsite offers a peaceful and quiet environment with full hookups, making it an ideal stop between Los Angeles and Sequoia National Park. The host, Timothy, is known for being responsive and helpful, while the on-site farm animals add a unique charm to the stay. Most reviews highlight the spaciousness and cleanliness of the site, though there was a note about the electric voltage needing attention. Overall, visitors appreciate the privacy and the opportunity to engage with the farm's animals.

Spent one night and we really enjoyed it. Plenty of space allotted, with electric and water hookups. The space borders a lawn and citrus grove, and is adjacent to another RV space. Very quiet and peaceful, occasionally some neighbors walk the path through the grove. Timothy, the host, is responsive and helpful. Darling, his dog, is aptly named and very friendly.

Easy to get access to, quiet and clean spot. We used this camping site to cut the road between LA and Sequioa NP and it was perfect.

Great location, close to town, but still rural. The spot is a bit tight to get into with a 40ft but it can be done, utilities work fine. Probably the highlight of this spot is the on-prem livestock. Wake up to the roster, walk down and play with the goats, pet the friendly cow, and await the daily visit by the local farm dog (bandana wearing at that!). In the evening stroll the orchard and take in the sunsets. Host is easy to talk to and accomodating.
