Our peaceful rural ranch offers stunning, unobstructed views of the northern front range, spectacular sunsets, and a serene atmosphere for a restful night's sleep. The night sky on clear evenings showcases a stunning display of constellations, and sometimes, you can even catch a glimpse of the northern lights from our property. We have cashmere goats and horses, along with wildlife that occasionally visits like pronghorn herds, fox families, and eagles. We are located about 30 minutes south of Cheyenne and 30 minutes north of Fort Collins, making us the perfect midpoint no matter which direction you're traveling from.The Northeast Pasture site is located at the front of the property, easily accessible from County Road 9. Spanning approximately 4.5 acres, this area is designated for dry camping exclusively. It does not offer bathroom amenities or hookups, requiring guests to be self-sufficient, carry out their waste, and ensure they leave no trace behind.
Pets are welcome! We recommend keeping pets on a leash to prevent them from getting lost; however, we are fine with them being off-leash as long as they remain close to their campsite.
This region of Colorado is home to cacti, which are both beautiful and intriguing; however, stepping on them can be quite painful. Therefore, exercise caution while exploring the area.
