We have 5 acres of farm land nestled against 5 acres of forest, with majestic views of the Sangre De Cristo Mountain range. We have 1 RV site with water hookup; 2 campsites to bring your own tent; or for an additional fee you can rent our Hammock site, which includes two (400 lb each) camping hammocks with an amazing view! We have amazing rock hunting on the land! Take a piece of Colorful Colorado home! Located only 30 mins from rafting, zip lining (highest in the US) and other adventures on the Arkansas River and at the Royal Gorge & Bridge. Book a ride on the historic train in the glass car or a helicopter trip across the Royal Gorge for breath taking views. 18 mins away is the town of Westcliffe (and sister town Sliver Cliff), a cute historical town and registered Dark Sky location. Amazing front range views of the Sangre De Cristo Mountain range. Here you will also find horseback trail riding, ATV/Jeep rentals, the Westcliffe Farmers Market (Jun-Aug), and the lovely Sunflower Natural Foods market. Also home to the yearly Westcliffe Stampede & Rodeo in July! 50 mins NE will take you to Cañon City, a unique, historic little city nestled at the foot of the mountains in the canyon intersecting the plains heading out to Pueblo. They have a railroad museum, prison museum and the annual Blossom Festival in June.Their sister city, Florence, boosts the most vintage stores per capita in the state of Colorado - a treasure hunter's dream! 1 hour drive NW through the beautiful mountains and along the Arkansas River will take you to the quaint town of Salida, full of cute shops, restaurants, music venues, art festivals, white water rafting guides, and the lovely Riverside park. Just over an hour SE in the Wet Mountains/San Isabel Forest is Colorado’s famous Bishops Castle! The nearby San Isabel Lake makes for a wonderful day trip for fish, swimming, floating, paddling or canoeing. Many other adventures available at nearby lakes and national forests - we are happy to help guide you. Inquire via messenger if you are interested in seeing Colorado's famous Area420. Please note: We DO NOT have toilets. You must bring your own receptacle. If we have enough bookings we may bring in a porta potty.
