    Welcome to Sun Flower Camp Site: Let go and relax in nature in this private, off-grid, secluded campsite for 6 people. This is comfort camping where you can create a memorable getaway. Located 7 minutes to miles of hiking, biking trails, and the most beautiful waterfall. Designed by tent campers for tent campers... and people who have never camped before.PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻 Meet Sun Flower!! Older gal but she’s still got it!! A large camper, great for family, yet still private for inside comfort. Our RV gives an off-grid camping experience. 🚿 We provide an outdoor compose portable toilet and shower that we prefer you to use due to the black water tank. You do have the option to hire a dumping company to empty the tank (they charge $150 per booking.) 💡All of the current lights and air conditioning work. You will have to provide a current generator. There is outdoor lighting that is on a solar panel that's great for camping as well. 🛏We do not provide sheets and blankets for the bed. If you do not add a cleaning fee 🪵This is a nice cozy camper for you and the family to enjoy please consider it to be off the grid. 💠Please note this is a self-cleaning unit we do not clean up after every guest which is why we do not charge a cleaning fee we ask that each guest be respectful and clean the unit for the next guests if you would like to have it cleaned before staying please add the cleaning fee ( sheets and blanket provided in cost) at check out. Please also note there is another small unoccupied trailer and boat next to this trailer that will not affect the stay and again unoccupied we just use it as a barricade to give you more privacy. ❤️ We love guests to add pictures to our profile don't hesitate to send us pictures after your stay. 🏞 You are minutes from the most beautiful creek in Ga.

    Portable toilet, composting toilet. We provide an outdoor toilet we prefer not to use the toilet on the camper due to the black water tank if you would prefer to use toilet and camper that will be additional charge to empty out the black order tank of a hundred and fifty dollars which is paid directly to the company who comes to empty the tank

    We provide an outdoor shower only we prefer not to use the shower on the camper due to the pricey emptying of the black water tank if you prefer to use the camper shower there will be $150 price to empty which is paid to the company directly
    Bins available
    Trash bin. All campers are required to clean up all trash around location leaving absolutely nothing and dropping it off in the main trash bin located on your way out outside the gate
    Picnic table present
    No potable water
    Bring your own water. We also have a well on property where you may request a couple gallons of water
    Cooking equipment absent
    There is a kitchen online you will be responsible for propane fill up or you may bring your own propane to also operate the refrigerator you will need a generator

    I loved it here! The hosts are so kind and accommodating. The RV was clean and well-kept. Directions and instructions on how to live out there were concise yet detailed. The land was so gorgeous, incredible view of the half moon and stars at night. Will never forget my experience here. ✨

    Easy to find. Camper/trailer was nice. There were handy amenities like a table and chairs. However, the lot had several old/dirty boats, trailers, and RVs scattered around. More like a redneck front yard than secluded wilderness. Also the owners dogs barked nonstop. We had fun, but we won’t book here again.
