Full RV hookups
Electrical, water, and sewage hookups are available at all sites.
Experience our small and private RV sites in a quiet location in the rural town of Rush, near Ashland KY. We provide full hook ups with 30 amp electric connection, water, and sewage. We also provide wifi throughout the property. We are an 8 minute drive from Rush Off-Road - a 7,000 acre off-road park with over 100 miles of trails with new trails being opened up regularly. The RV sites can accommodate up to a 50 ft RV or trailer as well as parking for an additional car or truck. The site dimensions are 30ft wide by 60ft long. Your RV/trailer must be self-contained as we do not have a toilet onsite. The sites are flat and guests will have to back-in. Pets are welcome but you must keep them on leash. Campfires are permitted as long as there is no fire ban. PLEASE NOTE, I can provide a discount if you are booking for one month or more. Please contact me for the discount code if you're interested in booking a long-term stay. The RV sites can accommodate up to a 50 ft RV or trailer as well as parking for an additional car or truck. Sites are easy to find, right on the road. As advertised, but beware that cell service is non existent and wifi is exceptionally poor. We did not screen shot site specifics and had to ask the house tenant for the wifi password. Nice and quiet, great for a quick overnight stop.

Site 5 had lots of yellow jackets and no internet. So I moved to site one. Less bees but internet still very spotty. It wouldn’t have mattered but I didn’t have cell service either.

The site was very easy and accessible to enter, and the hookups were great. Our neighbors in the campsite next to us, who are full time were very helpful and wonderful to speak with. The WiFi did not work at all, and there is no cell service. The location is remote, and many neighbors with politically affiliated signage. Several of the houses in the area were unkept. None of these concerns are the fault of the campsite owner, but it made us question our stay.

I needed a spot for the night while moving from PA to KS. The owner gave us an extra space so we could park the moving trailer next to us. Very accommodating and met our needs.

Great stay and close to Rush Off-road Park. Would stay again due to the full hookups.

We stayed over memorial wknd, found out sxs are not allowed to be driven in the road , but as stated when we booked there was access to rush off road park…. Ya if you want a ticket or have it impounded. The 2nd day we were there the cops got called on us, as we were getting ready to leave police showed up explaining everything to us. The locals will be watching you and will call , beware if you attempt this. Also the “private campsite was less to be desired , the price we pay it should have looked like the rest of the sites with gravel and not have grass and weeds all over the place as you come out of your camper or around the hookups
