Spring has arrived and the farm is ready to enjoy! We are a small hobby farm that's located within one hour from Minneapolis/St. Paul. Our farm has wooded trails, bonfire pits, is quiet and very peaceful. Our little town is 10 minutes from most shopping, with multiple restaurants minutes away.
We offer multiple locations to camp on the property. There is a concrete pad with (2) 30-amp electric and (2) water hookups. The 2 sites with hookups are very level and easy to park on. There are many other areas to park and camp, with access to water for filling up tanks, and an outhouse for bathroom needs.
Beanbag toss, basketball hoop, and ladder game are available upon request. Firewood available for a small fee.
Pets are welcome, but must be leashed and under owner's control at all times when outside. Maximum of two pets per site.
The sunrises and sunsets are absolutely amazing with wildlife all around to gaze at and enjoy.
Dave and Cheryl offer a welcoming experience on their scenic property. Guests appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, the well-maintained sites, and the extra touches like farm-fresh eggs and friendly animals. The hosts are accommodating and provide helpful local recommendations, making it a great spot for both relaxation and exploration. While the area is quiet and offers starry skies, some guests noted missing amenities like indoor showers and trash disposal options.
We had a wonderful stay! We needed a week long stay and everything in the Minneapolis area was booked, so we were relieved to find this spot. David and his wife are wonderful people who were even so kind to share produce with us! The area is quiet and a quick 20 minute drive to shopping and places like the library. We highly recommend booking here!
David and his wife were great. Only two things to improve the site. 1) a place to put trash 2) don’t have photos posted of amenities that aren’t included (barn activities/horseback riding)
Would definitely return.
