Bunyip's Wattle Grove - primitive
Great place to stay with family and dogs! Beautiful property with dams and a creek running behind all the camps.
This is my favourite place in the area.

Bunyip's Top Paddock.
Great property, great location.
Lisa’s property is beautiful. We had a great time, the location is ideal. We did a bush walk in the Watagans in the morning and were at the beach in the afternoon! You get the best of both worlds. The campsites are nice & spread out so you get your privacy. I can’t comment on the toilets/shower as we were self contained in our van - It looked very dank in there though and I’m glad we didn’t have to use it. We were in the top paddock and it was the perfect spot I think in terms of being far away from other campers & it was a beautiful outlook - BUT it’s right next to the neighbours and they have about 6 or 7 roosters that wake you up at 4:30am without fail every morning and they do not stop… they were so loud! They went off intermittently through the night too. For this reason unfortunately I don’t think we’ll be back. It’s a shame as it’s such a great location! Unless we could book a spot on the other side of the property where the roosters wouldn’t be so invasive. Everything else was great.

Bunyip's HideAway primitive camp
Lovely quiet spot
This is our third visit to this lovely spot. The camp areas are generous and private, very peaceful, lots of sounds of the Australian bush to enjoy. There is a great walk down a little gully to a stream ( not for swimming ) where it is shady and quiet. We take our 3 terriers and they absolutely love sniffing around and going on mini adventures. The hosts are lovely people. We will be back again I’m sure!
