This is a great place to gather in a small group and take in the Catskills. 10 min to downtown Livingston Manor + close to lots of amazing hikes! One of my favorite hikes is right down the road and the house is close to Giant Ledge / Panther for a little more exercise. :) You can have a lovely time on the property exploring the meadows and woods. There's even a natural spring 1/2 mile up the road if you want to take some fresh mountain water on your journey. We love enjoying meals on the deck! We're @livingston_manor_birdhouse :). Follow us! There are lots of hikes that you can actually walk to from the house and waterfalls just up the road. There is a gorgeous lake 7 min away and nearby swimming holes too! Amazing Little Cabin!!

This is a fabulous spot! Tucked away along a beautiful woodsy country highway. With amazing hikes only 15-30 mins drive away. A great little cabin for a weekend getaway! The host was super responsive, helpful, and kind. 10/10

Absolutely wonderful cabin, so grateful we had the chance to stay here! Cabin was absolutely enchanting and Sarah was super accommodating and generous. Right near plenty of streams for fishing and wading and short hikes to so many waterfalls thank you again Sarah!!
