We enjoyed the set up there very much! Though it was on the road, there were hardly any cars passing by. We enjoyed privacy, and though it was scorching hot, we still got in the awesome sauna several times. The lightening bugs were everywhere and many different bird songs all day. There was a small creek running through the back of the property, and we were serenaded by frogs all night long. There's a screened in gazebo with table and chairs, a nice fire pit, a grill, water, electricity, and sewage onsite. There is a distillery nearby that gives tastings and sells products which was a fun outing. Forest City is a small town nearby with even smaller towns in between, just the kind of trip we like to take on a motorcycle. Garrett was very responsive when we had a question. He also seems to have a very good sense of humor!!!

Not private but very nice site.

Nice site with full hook-ups which Is fantastic! Proximity to a public road is a little closer than we prefer in regards to privacy. There was not alot of traffic and in fact maybe a dozen cars over the course of a full Saturday. Beautiful spot for star gazing with very little light pollution and amazing firefly show every night. Host was great at communicating and answering any questions we had.

HONEST REVIEW!!
5 m travel trailer
This review is going to be totally candid review on Garrett’s campsite. This campsite is an absolute diamond. It may be located in the absolute middle of no where in the mountain valleys of NC… With no civilization or towns for miles and miles.. but this campsite was an absolute PERFECT location. Within about an hour from Asheville, Black Mountain, Charlotte and more that you would want to see.. and realistically.. Within a couple hours to touch the entire state. It couldn’t be in a more perfect location for someone who wants to visit multiple areas of the state and be in a central area. This campsite isn’t a normal campsite… it is a PRIVATE SITE with no others within about a half mile, and comes complete with electric, water, gazebo, PERSONAL Wi-Fi and EVEN A SAUNA!!! Absolutely the best campsite in the state for its price.. hands down. The bad: There was only one issue with our stay at this campsite. There was some moderate rain within the first few days of the trip that flooded out the gazebo and rendered it practically useless other than trying to tip-toe around muddy puddles of clay to get into the sauna for a nice steam. But honestly.. that was literally the only gripe out of the entire stay. Garrett was a pleasure to communicate with. Really nice guy and easy going. Please listen when I say this… This site is worth it. Even if it means a few extra minutes to get to your destination

So easy to find and drive into!! It's built right off of a road but it's very quiet with minimal traffic. All the outlets and connections you'd want. Plus, there is a grill and fire pit provided on the property. Lots of space for larger rvs or multiple cars

Neat spot close to the Jelly Stone stuff, but far enough away where you don’t hear other campers. Big enough for a medium size rig and extra vehicle or 2. Good base station camp for Black Mountain, Asheville, etc.
