Enjoy the beauty of both the forest and the ocean on this 4 acre property off the Cabot Trail. The space is perfect for those who love nature and rustic vibes. There are three cabins that all sleep two people, with a personal fire pit, bbq, kitchenette, drinking water (although no running water), and all the amenities needed to spend a few nights in nature. The shared outdoor bathroom has been hand crafted with lots of natural light, a composting toilet (i.e. non-flushing), hot water shower and two sinks. We also have spaces to park your camper van. There are no electrical or water hookups but you're able to use the shared washroom and enjoy the walking trails and waterfront. There are 3 wilderness cabins and a large cottage on the property, all nestled among a network of trails through the forest and down to the waterfront. Think glamping - but not luxury geodome glamping. The whole property is essentially on a hill. Parking is near the top, followed by the cabins, the shared bathrooms, the main cottage, and then the waterfront is a few minutes further down. The paths are not suitable for people with mobility issues and potentially seniors. There is a path down to a look off, where you can enjoy incredible views of the sunset overlooking the bay. Be prepared to get that heart rate up on the walk back to the cottage! From the look-off there is a narrow rocky trail that brings you right down to the water with two kayaks. Guests can paddle at their own risk but it is only advisable when the water is calm which is usually early in the morning or before sunset. The property is shared with guests in the cabins and cottage. You have private access to your cabin. You share the outdoor bathroom with up to 4 guests from the other cabins. All guests (up to 10 other) have access to the trails, hammock area, and the waterfront.
