6 off grid camper sites and 1 off grid rental glamper on 52 secluded acres in Lovat, Saltsprings. A great place to kick back and relax or take in the many hiking trails and festivals in the area! If you're up for a good hike, there is a wonderful brook on the property. Clean Porta poties on site May 1 to Oct 15 each year. We are only 15 mins to New glasgow for shopping, 5 min drive to local swimming hole, 25 mins to local beaches, lots of hiking trails withing a 30 minute radius!

New camp site, promising future!
14 ft travel trailer · With pets ·
Really liked this place, very peaceful, owners Linda and Darren were amazing, super friendly and helpful. This is a new camp site, so there's still work to be done, but if it all goes to plan this place will be exceptional! Cell phone coverage is excellent here, something missing at other sites for sure. Also, they roast their own coffee and it tastes wonderful!! Custom made to order too! The owners welcome any feedback at all, and are clearly striving to make this place perfect, personally I just want the coffee roasting hut finished!! Only downside is the road in, not much fun! However, the owners have no control over that, and now winter is almost over, hopefully that gets fixed.

Highly recomended for families.

This is an exceptional camp site. The gravel pad makes it easy to park and ensures that even in a down pour (we had one) the site is not more than damp - most other places would have been muddy and flooded. Also, the toilets are the best I have experienced. A clean well maintained 'portapotty' with toilet paper and even hand sanitizer on hand - and solar lights to help you find it, and inside too. It seems an odd thing to appreciate, but I have seen some very basic approaches to toileting at camp sites - - - On top of that it is a lovely spot. We didn't get to explore much of the trails (thanks to the rain) but even the surroundings at the site were just beautiful. There is traffic noise in the background but the crickets are louder!

Peaceful place, very clean and not much insects at night. Would recommend going very close to stores and the beach.

Had an excellent stay, property was clean and well maintained. Beautiful area to spend some time in the woods. The brook on the property made for a great morning walk. Will definitely be back!
