    Our tiny house/shack sleeps 2 people max. It is close to beaches and a lagoon. The Bay of Fires is 40min north and Wineglass Bay/Freycinet National Park 1hr south. Relax night and day in a fire pit lounge area crafted with dry stone (large soft cushions included) plus an outdoor fire bath. A small separate shed houses a flushing toilet and gas hot water shower. The block has mains power; solar power and tank water. The block is surrounded by local endemic shrubs, trees and ground covers. We provide firewood, linen for the comfortable double bed, condiments for the fully equipped kitchen that includes crockery, cutlery, a fridge, a gas cooker, air fryer, sandwich toaster, camp oven, water etc. Just bring your clothes and food. The block is in a quiet coastal hamlet (with gravel roads and no street lights) ideal for beach and lagoon activities (surfing, walking, paddling, bird watching). Our 2 person sit on kayak is at the tidal lagoon 5 min walk away. We have crafted this space over a number of years for personal use and now would like others to experience it. Stargazing from the fire bath is a must do feature especially in winter. Dog/pet friendly.We are 1hr north from Freycinet National Park (e.g. Wine Glass Bay) and 40mins south of The Bay Of Fires. Fun things close by include St Patricks Head (2hr hike), South Sister, Winifred Curtis Scamander Reserve (wildflowers, short walks), Hendersons Lagoon (explore using our kayak) and beautiful beaches with hardly any other humans - Mariposa Beach, Steels Beach and Four Mike Creek Beach.

    Had a lovely chilled weekend at Bohemian Retreat,Michael and Sheena have provided everything that you need. The outdoor bath is amazing and private. The beach and lagoons are worth exploring too.

    Lovely Cosy Stay
    The space was very well crafted and had a homely warm touch. Beautiful location comfortable and the perfect size for a weekend getaway! The fire heated bath was such a delight! Highly recommend to stay here for a bushy, beachy cosy retreat!

    Ideal for unwinding
    We loved setting up base here to explore the Eastern coastline of Tasmania. A sleepy pocket and chilled setting that we loved getting back after a full day's activities to relax by the fire.

    Lovely little shack near the lagoon and beach. Everything you could want. Had a lovely relaxing feel and the outdoor Woodford bath was a treat! Dog friendly too :)
