    FULL HOOKUP RV SITE 30/50 amp with 120 outlet, water and sewer hookup available nightly! Looking for a Smoky Mountain Getaway? Nestled on the outskirts of the Smoky Mountain National Park, lies a quaint little community called Big Valley Resort (Campground). We are located 2 miles from the Smoky Mountain entrance. Big Valley was established back in 1973. Big Valley is open year round as many people live here full time and some are original owners! Big Valley Resort has many amenities to offer, including: a newly remodeled pool area, a playground, an exercise room, a catch and release pond, walking trails, putting greens ,tennis courts and more! Enjoy the quaint town of Townsend, the locally owned restaurants and stores. Big Valley Resort is only 20 minutes to Maryville, 25 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 10 minutes to Cades Cove. Your Smoky Mountain campsite is waiting for you!You must check-in before 8p.m. The gate will be closed after that. Full hookup site 30 and 50 amp, concrete slab, fire pit, grass on a 35x75 lot. Permanent neighbors on both sides and behind. The pool pass and gate key is in the lock box attached to electric box. It’s one pass for both. Please don’t lose it or I’ll have to charge you $50 to replace it and I don’t want to 😭
