Hipcamp doesn't let us communicate . We lost the portajohn vendor for the camp site for tent guests. Trying to work something else out. Contact us via FB if U have ?'s. A 13 acre Gated Private Estate with acres of mowed lawns and scenic views down the valley from the Amish Gazebo. Large Pond with fish (put your small canoe in to paddle), Old Barn, on site golf venue is free to guests (you supply the golf balls). We have 2 large B and B apartments and offer a beautiful camp site for One Booking near the pond (but if you want company we can accommodate more tents. Great for family or group campouts) or Artist Retreat. Ample parking but the listing says 2 because the tent occupancy listed is 4. WE do not have 30 or 50 Amp hookups and cannot "dump" waste. We provide a portapotty and I am building a kitchette access in the lower level of my art studio. The site has a level parking area, some concrete but mostly gravel. The grassy knoll is perfect for a tent. Pitch your tent near the Pond for a quiet private country event. Gated Estate for Privacy. The little cottage nearby is my art studio which is vacant when campers are on site. The bottom is open and you are welcome to use my microwave and sink when it gets installed. The pond site is 900 ft from the main house. Campfire and grill area provided, Water and; Portajohn toilet is available. Wifi in cottage might extend downstairs. Visitors are free to hike the property, play golf, fish, or join me painting a picture in the field. One Booking Venue but multiple tents for your group can be arranged if you want the company.
