Beautiful country area near Columbia, Spring Hill and Franklin. We are right on Carters Creek Pike but the RV site is deep in the back yard. We have electric and water at two sites. There are numerous tourist attractions near our home including downtown Franklin (30 min) and downtown Columbia (15).5 1/2 acres in lovely rural Columbia TN. 10 minutes from downtown Columbia, 10 min from Spring Hill, 30 min from Franklin, 45 min from Nashville. 20 min from I-65. 10 min from 840. Quiet country setting. Hookups at end of driveway in back of house. Slight squeeze as you pass garage. See pictures. Small fire pit back there, hot tub on back deck. Variety of restaurants and shopping within a short drive. Feels like "boonies" but close to what you need! Note: there is a low train underpass 10'10" two miles south of our property on Carters Creek Pike.

Hestate Upper Campsite seemed at first to be not so private and closer to the host's house than it appears in the photos. But after pulling in and getting set up we realized the detached garage and the direction the house sits completely blocks any view of the campsite. The campsite sits on a little knoll overlooking a large valley of pastures with beautiful ridge lines on three sides. Stargazing after dark was excellent being out in a somewhat dark area away from urban lights. And the morning sunrise was absolutely amazing as the sun rose over the eastern ridge line, too!! Cindy was away from home when we arrived in the area but told us to go on in and enjoy ourselves. She also let us Coco, her dog, would be on guard of the premises but was only protective not aggressive. Said to just call her by name and we would be fine! This proved to be exactly the case. Coco showed up immediately barking to let us know we were visitors, but was not ill-tempered at all. Of course, our German Shepard had a few things to say about our greetings but her and Coco made fast-friends and romped and played!! Coco soon retired to higher ground to keep an eye on us for awhile to be sure all was well!! Later, she returned to demand Roxie, or German Shepard, Come out and play some more. Cindy finally made a personal appearance as we were packing up to leave and though we are not the type of campers who want social with the hosts we ended talking and laughing with Cindy for nearly an hour. Fine lady!

What a great spot just north of Columbia! Feels very secluded has tons of space to walk and explore during sunsets.
