Perfect escape from city life & yet only 30 minutes away from Houston. Guests stay at the "Back House" which has 5 bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, huge game room, full kitchen, full gym, washer/dryer, a newly added outdoor kitchen w/ fridge, sink and island. Cable & Roku, Outdoor TVs by pool, personal sauna, foosball and ping pong! The house is 2-stories with extra-wide wooden stairs. There are two AC units & thermostats, one per floor. There is a whole-house filter for clean water and a reverse osmosis for the best drinking water. We also recently added a water softening system. We have a room with NO windows for those of you, like me, who like the room extra DARK. Sorry, it's expensive but the gas is crazy high now and it uses propane. The jets are free. Also, payment needs to be in advance as we've had guests say they were going to pay, then didn't. We also need a minimum 48 hour notice to heat the pool as it literally takes 24 hours or more to heat it. - The property is two houses connected with a breeze way, you will rent the "back house" as we call it. It's 3,400 SQ FT with a breakfast area, kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plates, cups, etc. Also on the first floor there is a huge game room, a full bathroom and the gym. On the second floor are located all the bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an office and the laundry area with washer and dryer, also we provide towels.
