    My 34 acre property is surrounded by State Conservation Reserve, and offers peaceful, private camping with the convenience of being just 1k from town. You can walk or cycle to the local pub for a meal! Choose from a few areas where the site is semi cleared with slight rolling hills, seasonal creek and dam. I take one group at a time only, so you'll have the place to yourselves! There is an abundance of bird life, so great for bird watchers or those that just enjoy the sounds of nature. Plenty of options for bushwalking and bike riding. The property makes a great base for exploring the region (Locals tip: check out Logan's iconic Pub in the Scrub and Melville Caves). Try your hand at gold panning in the creek, or prospecting in the State Forest. Pet friendly. Access is possible for all vehicles. Campfires permitted when restrictions/bans aren't in place.     Nice quiet place camping next to the dam with tree coverage kangaroos come down for a drink wide open spaces , Chris was a very helpful host aswell.great stay.

    Nice bush getaway

    Good location less than 1.5km from town and private, quiet, and toilet and shower a bonus. Chris the owner met us and left us to enjoy and was a nice guy. Dam was almost empty in late Dec 24 but it was very hot so to be expected. Just the 4 day getaway from people we needed in our 7.4m motorhome with fairly good site access. Local cafe friendly with good range of food options.

    So peaceful & quiet. Loved being able to explore and see reminders of gold miner’s lives. Chris was lovely. Had firewood ready, walked us to the site. Loved his thoughtfulness with coming to tell us he’d be working on the road and apologised if there was any noise. Definitely want to visit again.

    An amazing place to stay, Chris was extremely helpful and property was more than I hoped for. It’s was an extremely relaxing stay and the view of the state forest and the property dam made it even better.
