Tuki Farm offers a blend of stunning scenery with rolling hills and sunsets that captivate the soul. Most visitors are enamored with the tranquil atmosphere and clean amenities, making it ideal for both first-time and seasoned campers. However, the presence of mosquitoes and a roaming dog were noted as drawbacks by some guests, who felt that management could improve communication and site planning. Overall, the farm's natural beauty and well-maintained facilities leave a lasting impression.

Beautiful spot, terrible experience

The campsite is beautiful, with immaculate bathrooms and well-maintained grounds, but our experience was frustrating. A previous review mentioned five campsites, but they crammed in ten over the long weekend. Someone had to set up just two feet from us, and with only five power/water hookups, cables ran everywhere. The first night, we were alone, but the owner’s dog roamed freely all day and night, urinating on our tent and truck. When I asked if they could keep it away, the owner became aggressive, repeating, “It’s a working farm.” That wasn’t the issue. I pointed out there was no mention of roaming dogs, but he insisted it was in the listing, it wasn’t. When I explained the dog was scaring my young child, he defensively said, “It’s friendly.” But not everyone feels comfortable with an unfamiliar dog running up to them. He eventually agreed to put the dog away, but it came back and harassed our leashed dog all night. Surprisingly, the dog was gone the second day/night when the campground was full, meaning they could keep the dog away but didn’t bother when we were alone. It’s unfair to expect guests to leash their dogs while allowing yours to roam, pee on their belongings, and disturb them all night. The location is lovely, but the lack of communication and poor management made this a bad experience.
