Near North Cascades National Park
Within a 60-minute drive from the North Cascades National Park Wilderness Information Center.
This is a beautiful little piece of heaven located not far from amenities but far enough to feel like a great getaway from the hustle and bustle. While staying here you can enjoy an afternoon fishing or just enjoying the sound of water and the outdoors on the beach of the private river access. You'll be very near great hiking and backpacking trails. In the spring and summer you can enjoy fishing, hiking, boating, backpacking, and much more. In the winter months a change of pace perhaps snow shoeing, skiing nearby, or just sitting by the fire and enjoying peace and quiet. The property itself features 4 tent camping spots seperated by some fencing, there is room to back in a small trailer but otherwise it is for tent camping. We are still devoloping some new things on the property so there is more to come!We have a beautiful recreational property. There is a beautiful river within walking distance that is secluded and private. The campsites are level and grassy. Privacy is provided between sites. There is clean water centrally located and power is now available. Lots of changes will be taking place but we are hoping to offer you a private and comfortable getaway while we grow. In our first phase we can offer primitive camping with potable water on site, firepit and portable restrooms. There is lots of room and the surrounding area is serene and peaceful. We lots of room for 2 vehs per camper and a "you choose" tent sites. The terrain is grassy and level with areas of trees and privacy. The property is entirely fenced. Less than two blocks away you will enjoy private access to the Skagit River and a large sandy beach area perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery. We have planted many fruit trees as well as we have a mature golden plum tree. You can enjoy whatever fruit is in season during your visit. Occasionally we offer a free half dozen farm fresh eggs while supplies last. We try to make this a relaxing and enjoyable getaway that is not too far off the beaten path but still feels like you can get away from the rush of daily life.
