The Treehouse sleeps up to 4, with a queen bed in the upstairs bedroom and a futon in the downstairs living area.
The treehouse is built like a tiny home, with electricity, internet access, television, an electric fireplace, and a small kitchenette.
The kitchenette has a dual burner hot plate, microwave, Keurig, small sink, mini-fridge, and utensils.
Outdoors you'll find a regular firepit near the creek, along with a propane firepit for evenings when a burn ban is in effect. There is also a propane grill, hammocks, and zero gravity chairs for relaxing.
There is a heated outhouse with a composting toilet, and a heated outdoor shower right outside the treehouse.
Fall asleep to the sounds of running water and wake up to the sounds of birdsong!
You'll have access to the private beach, as well. It's about a 10-minute walk to the back of the property where you will find an amazingly serene Skagit River beachfront.
Note: The treehouse is toward the front of the property, within view of the main house. There will be some road noise from the highway. On the beach, however, you can't see a single structure made by humans.
Note: Pricing is reduced from November to April because the beach amenities (gazebo, firepit, hammock stands & picnic tables) are unavailable.
