In the summer of 1967, my father Vic he is to go out to Green Bluff on the weekends as he enjoyed the outdoors working in the Orchard country. One day as he was driving through Green Bluff Water he noticed a For Sale, by owner sign So he checked it out. Vick and Marguerite Purchased the property And started working the land and making improvements. Three children were raised and the family farm continues after 53 years and over 40 years of growing Christmas trees and now Jim considers this little piece of heaven A treasure to be shared with others. I hope you enjoy my property as much as I do. Happy travels, Jim!

Good experience. Host is welcoming, pleasant and accommodating. Once the farm stand season begins in the area where he is located there will be more to do I the area.

Jim was a great host and accommodating to our needs. He recommended some great places for us to check out as well. Beautiful views, quiet, not far from town, and right in the heart of the Green Bluff area!

Ample privacy, easy to find, hospitable host that shared fresh picked cheeries from a local orchard and everything needed to have a campfire (for only $5!) & also loaned me a table. Walkable grounds, so many different kinds of birds and saw a deer! Close enough that my cell worked too!

Overnighting at the Dietz tree farm
18 ft travel trailer
We got exactly what we were after - a quiet, private and secure spot to spend the night while on our trip to Spokane. Jim was there to meet us and show us where everything was. We were able to unhook our trailer and leave it there while going into north Spokane for the evening - about 15 minutes away.
Highly recommended.

I loved camping at Jim’s old tree farm. My husband and I had many private spots to chose from to pitch our tent. Jim was friendly and informative. His cat was quite the sweetheart too. The bathroom was kept clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend staying here and will likely come back someday myself!
