Dougal Retreat
Awesome place
Love this place, Sara is very friendly and was amazing when handling issue of strong winds offered to stay in one of her vans I'm so grateful as I think my swag would just fly away. General feel is great you are not very far from the house but somewhat feel secluded and mind your own business. Loved being able to see horses very calming. Can't wait to visit again and explore more :) It was exactly what I needed big thank you Sara :) xxx

Lovely :)
Very lovely spot to stay. Sara is welcoming, helpful and great with kids. There is lots of space, so you can be away from other groups. Close to the river for walks etc. The horses, rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens are delightful. Thanks Sara.

Really enjoyed our stay. The children loved visiting the horses each day and exploring the grounds. As an added Easter bonus a movie night was held to the delight of our children. Would definitely visit again. Thanks for a great long weekend.
