Nestled on 125 acres on the outskirts of Gidgegannup, Jinjarra Homestead offers an authentic bush and hobby farm camping experience only 25 minutes from Midland. This peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to reconnect with nature, enjoy some quiet time, and experience the beauty of Western Australia’s fauna, ecosystems and biodiversity. Beyond the property, Gidgegannup has much to offer. Just a short drive away, you’ll find the iconic Noble Falls stunning waterfall with scenic picnic areas and walking trails. The nearby Lake Leschenaultia provides more opportunities for hiking, swimming, paddle boarding and mountain bike riding. For wine lovers, the Swan Valley wine region is within easy reach, home to some of Western Australia’s finest wineries, local produce, and artisanal food experiences. Gates reopen around 8am. Please inform me if you intend to arrive later than 6pm or leave before 8am. • Please respect check-in and check-out times if not organised prior. • Please be respectful to our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 8pm. • In the event of a catastrophic bush fire rating, the property will close and we ask that you reconsider your stay if you have booked. The neighboring paddocks are home to cows and sheep, adding a touch of country charm to your stay. In the afternoons, keep an eye out for kangaroos, and occasionally emu, as they graze nearby. The site is a haven for birdwatchers, with plenty of native birds frequenting the area, including the striking red-tailed black cockatoo. This idyllic setting is perfect for relaxing under the shade of the trees, enjoying the sounds of nature, or exploring the nearby countryside. Whether you're looking to unwind or simply take in the beauty of the Australian landscape, The Paddock offers a peaceful, rustic retreat surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. Ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers looking to connect with the land. ⛺️ Site is suitable for tents, cars, campervans, camper trailers and caravans. ⛺️ 🌳 We have 3 mowed camp areas within The Paddock. They are close, but not right on each other, good for groups. 🌳 👶 Children under 2 are free 👶 🔥 Fire Ban Active 🔥 Please note - This site is 'semi-private', it is located near hay and machinery shed, we usually drive down around sunset to the feed animals, - No campfires permitted during prohibited burning season: October 1st to May 1st. - Generators are allowed, unless there is a Total Fire Ban. Generators must be off between 8pm and 7am. - The site is not visible to the main residence or neighbours residences, - Tractor and vehicle movement noise can be expected, however not frequent, - Please no driving around paddocks, limit to only to and from campsite, - Cows and sheep are in next paddock, please no feeding.

Could be a little more further away from the feeding shed, feel like it could’ve been a little more private, but very beautiful property, heaps of native bird sounds around a great camp site and lots of shade. Great long weekend away in nature.
