Abundance yurt is surrounded by trees and birds in the Perth Hills, only 30 mins from Perth CBD. The property comes with its own composting toilet and hot outdoor shower, gas cooker and pot belly stove. Suitable for singles or couples, some smaller dogs may be appropriate (please contact Liza to discuss before booking). Other things to note Moonbeams Yurt is situated at the bottom of a 1 acre property, on a large 48sqm decked area. The yurt is 20sqm in size and the composting toilet and shower are within 10 steps from the yurt entrance. The hot water shower is an outdoor shower with a privacy screen. There is NO power at all, but 1 battery powered light is available, and there is a basic gas cooker provided. There is no refrigeration. Parking is at the top of the property and guests will have to walk down a partially sealed path to arrive at the entrance to the yurt, so good mobility is needed. You will need to bring in refrigeration/Eski, lights and basic cooking camp ware. A wheelbarrow can be provided to get gear from car to yurt. A Double bed is provided. Optional extras are fresh bedding. The pot belly stove is great for the winter, and timber is provided for cold nights. We do not recommend booking during our hottest months, unless you love the heat. This property is great for backpackers or people wanting to see the sites of Perth and surrounds. The train line is close by for people who do not have a car. Moonbeams yurt
Thanks you Liza, for a lovely little get-away. It was just what the doctor ordered. My 10yo son loved the tree house, rope swing and Kobe! Moonbeam yurt is simple but comfortable (the bed was so comfy) with all the essentials you need for a relaxing stay. The area was a little bit more urban, with a bit more traffic noise and such than I was expecting, but it still felt peaceful and private. We explored the local area a little (the Roley Pools Trail is beautiful), but spent a lot of our time reading, drawing and relaxing around the yurt. Would definitely recommend staying during milder weather (Spring or Autum). We had ideal sunny but cooler weather (low 20's) and it was delightful. The middle of Summer or Winter might not be as nice. It is a pretty steep walk from the yurt back up to the car park. Be prepared for a bit of a workout pushing the wheelbarrow or lugging your gear back up the hill. We did bring a fair bit of extra stuff with us though! We loved the yurt. My son was asking when we can go again before we even drove out of the driveway.

Moonbeams yurt
I recently took my daughter and our puppy on a glamping trip, and it was truly an experience to remember. The glamping site was nestled in a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by lush greenery that immediately put us at ease. The tent itself was spacious and cozy, with all the comforts we needed, blending the thrill of camping with the convenience of modern amenities. My daughter absolutely loved the adventure—exploring nature we love to come again!

Had a very enjoyable experience at Moonbeam. Great views and Lisa is a lovely person. The Yurt is very sturdy and in a sheltered location no issues even during a very windy night.

Moonbeams yurt
Very peaceful and we loved the pot belly fireplace. The yurt had everything we need and we only brought food and an extra lantern. Lisa was a lovely host and it was an easy relaxing stay.
