» Newly built 3-season bunkie has all the amenities required for a relaxing glamping retreat. Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

» Open the bunkie's screened French doors and window to feel the breeze and savor the private view of farm fields. Listen to the peaceful sounds of nature and kick back for a rest.
» Enjoy luxurious comforts like a queen size bed with non-allergenic duvet, soft linens, plush house coats, comfy dinette set, stainless steel cups and wine glasses, plastic dishes and glasses, utensils, mini-fridge with separate freezer, microwave and Keurig hot beverage machine.
» Clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap.

» Two guest parking spots are provided on-site, asphalt driveway.

» The Bunkie can accommodate 2 guests maximum - no exceptions
» All guests must be 12+ - no exceptions
» We only accept 3 or 4 night bookings from Thursday - Monday
» Please keep in mind that this is a "glamping" experience. Although the Bunkie is equipped with a fan, it is not insulated, therefore will not be temperature controlled like a home or hotel is. Plan to pack clothes that reflect the weather during your stay. When it is windy or raining out, it may be loud.
» The Hosts do live on site but you will have privacy. Please keep in mind that there are some things we can not control during your stay, such as grass cutting.
» The toilet is a no-flush, compostable toilet, instructions are provided to guests and must be read before use. Any improper use of the toilet as a result of not reading and following instructions will be subject to an additional fee.
» Guests are welcome to borrow bicycles (2). Helmets are provided for guests and recommended.
» No Smoking Inside. Any guest who violates the policy by smoking inside is subject to a minimum $350.00 charge for returning the bunkie(s) to smoke-free status and agrees to being charged by booking a stay. We appreciate your understanding.
» At this time, there is a microwave but no other food preparation facilities or cookware (no BBQ, stove, or oven). We encourage guests to enjoy the many local restaurants of Wainfleet and Port Colborne.
» Drive or cycle nearby for local restaurants, gas station, convenience store, and LCBO/Liquor/Beer outlets. We're happy to make suggestions.
» Nearby see and do things such as skydiving, horseback trail riding, beaching, golf, and mini-putting.
