When it is windy or raining out, it may be loud. » The Hosts do live on site but you will have privacy. Please keep in mind that there are some things we can not control during your stay, such as grass cutting. » The toilet is a no-flush, compostable toilet, instructions are provided to guests and must be read before use. Any improper use of the toilet as a result of not reading and following instructions will be subject to an additional fee. » Guests are welcome to borrow bicycles (2). Helmets are provided for guests and recommended. » No Smoking Inside. Any guest who violates the policy by smoking inside is subject to a minimum $350.00 charge for returning the bunkie(s) to smoke-free status and agrees to being charged by booking a stay. We appreciate your understanding. » At this time, there is a microwave but no other food preparation facilities or cookware (no BBQ, stove, or oven). Our canvas bell tent is tucked away in the pine forest and has a double bed, pull out futon couch and lots of battery/solar powered lighting. Get back to nature and unwind in front of a fire, lounge in the hammock or watch an outdoor movie ✨ 🏕 🪺 Our tent features, a comfy, double bed with mattress cover and pillows. The kitchen is stocked with pots pans, dishes, cups, cutlery, and everything else you need might need to make a home-cooked meal. Bring your stocked cooler, ice, linens and blankets, a flashlight and firewood, let us handle the rest! We allow pets in our tent. Look under EXTRAS to add the the fee and let us know who's coming!

Like most folks who’ve been bitten by the water ski bug, I dreamed of having my own lake and when I met my life partner Harald, an elite slalom skier, my search began in earnest. By a combination of good timing and good luck, I was able to make that dream come true and in the spring of 2014 I acquired this land with the hopes of building my dream water ski lake on it. 7 years later, we have a thriving water ski club and are constantly making improvements to the site. We now have decided to add some sites for rent to share this incredible property with others outside the water ski community. Site #1 is a small cabin that sleeps 3 and site #2 is a small houseboat that has been converted to a bunkie. Onsite activities include use of a canoe and paddleboard. Use of a kid's swingset and olympic trampoline. Swimming and fishing. Pets are welcome, campfires are permitted.
