Welcome, we are offering this space as through our van life travels we enjoy a reserved space to park for sleeping each night. This is a space that will be worry free of "the knock". This space is ideal for Sprinter Van parking only. Only parking is available. The Property is set close to the road yet tucked away in the mountains for quiet nights and calm mornings!This space is ideal for van lifers/travelers looking to rest their heads from a long day of Hiking, Surfing, MTB, and yes, more surfing without getting "The Knock". This is not a place to party as there are several families living on the property as well as surrounding neighbors. Thank you for your interest and get barreled. TKRC

Quiet, Serene, Close to Everything

14 ft campervan

Toby’s land is under development. I can see his vision and how it will come together as a lovely camping site. Very quiet and serene. Location couldn’t be better! Felton, Ben Lomond, Boulder Creek, Scott’s Valley and Santa Cruz are within 5-25 minutes. Across the road from Toby’s land are hiking trails into Henry Cowell State Park. I will definitely be back to enjoy Toby’s dream come to fruition.

Toby was a great host, very welcoming and offered some great beaches for us to visit while we were in the area. The spot was perfect for our van for a couple of nights.
