The camping spot was ok. We chose the secluded area. Nice deck to pitch ur tent and a decent size fire pit with an area to grill if you want. The place was a little on the ghetto side (upon pulling in there’s a few busted up houses), at the entrance there’s a gate that says private property but this can be easily opened by anyone, I feel it needs some sort of lock with combination. Constant dogs barking from some property close by, gun shots pretty close from a shooting range in the morning but I don’t believe there’s a range there so that was a little off putting, out house was ok, ambience lights around the deck that were a good addition at night. Lots of areas with shade. Not super great communication, one of the numbers listed went straight to voicemail. Train tracks like a block away with a couple trains a day it seemed. This place isn’t worth $60 a night that’s for sure. Didn’t feel safe. Wouldn’t recommend. If u do go, bring a lock for the gate…
