Site was not level, had numerous rocks and tree roots. Broken glass around site.

We loved staying here very quiet and very shaded. Love the fact that it has a potbelly stove and plenty of room for our dogs and son to run around and play. Very relaxing.

My family and I were doing a week long road trip along the Lincoln highway through Pennsylvania. This was our first stop along the way. We stayed for 2 nights. The site had everything we needed, the water and electric hook up were a plus. The host was very responsive and left some wood for us to get started, however we unfortunately didn’t have time to have a campfire on this trip. Some local spots we found that we would recommend are hillegas sugar camp for syrup and ice cream. We also enjoyed the cup of soul cafe in nearby Berlin.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, and the host was very responsive. He had wood for us, and the potbelly stove was great for cold nights. However, there were buildings/junk piles and multiple spots of broken glass which was a hazard for our toddler. We had mixed feelings about this location.
