Nomadic camping

Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

We are an RV and Boat Storage facility that has open spaces available for overnight or weekly dry camping. It is NOT a beautiful camp spot with amazing views or amenities but it is a very affordable overnight parking spot with gate accessible fenced-in secure place to stay with an onsite live-in manager/security. Why take up valuable space at a truck stop where space is at a premium for those truckers as well as deal with the noise of the trucks coming and going all night? The same thing goes for lot docking at a Walmart or the like where there is no security, where people race their cars and motorcycles through the parking lots, or being kicked out by the Police and sleeping with one eye open all night. If in the San Antonio area, come get a safe peaceful night sleep while traveling through. What you get; You get a gate code to gain access, you get a specific area to park, you get a level place to park on a road base surface so no mud, you get a secure place to park, we are not promising anything fancy, just a safe place to park. We are 20 minutes away from Lackland AFB, 23 minutes from The Alamo and 20 minutes from the San Antonio River Walk.Back in site on the east end of the red-marked area in the picture. The site is the first site closest to the stored RV spots. Please do not touch or park in front of the stored RV's.

We were happy to park here for a couple nights. Some road noise and trucks coming and going but it was better than Walmart or Love's for the night. Secure spot to park.

We didn't need any hookups, so this was a great place to stay for our 3 nights visiting San Antonio. Site was level with lots of room to maneuver. Gate code access to the site gave us security when we went into town and left our trailer unattended. Highly recommended!
