30 acres of land with private camping ground. Water if needed. Private entrance for campers away from our boarding facility. Open land and woods surrounding. Beautiful serene property. Lots of room to set a campfire or play yard games.
We have a maintenance crew on farm that is able to help with any repairs needed to vehicles, trailers and RVs. Can quote jobs if needed while on your stay.
Please come in off Smith Rd entrance not Sand Rd entrance.
It’s a nice place with a spot to fill up water jugs. It’s an easy drive back to town, 20 minutes or so. I’d stay there again. No outhouse though so bring a wag bag or rv toilet.
The amenities that were listed on the site were not met. When previously asked what the trailer connections were for the trailer I was informed they were 15amp connections, but in fact a 110 outlet. The 110 greatly impacted this trip as the outlets were not working in the trailer. Furthermore the microwave was not operational and the fans were not functional. Above all, the AC was not functional. If I would have had this knowledge, I would have stayed somewhere else. It was 86 degrees outside and with two kids, this caused us to not be able to stay at the site due to being uncomfortable and ultimately unsafe for the kids. In addition to the previously stated, there was no trash can in the trailer and a bag hung on the door was our solution, there was dog hair covering the sheets on the beds which is unsanitary conditions and when we were given a comforter to cover the bed from the dog hair, the blanket was damp. There were items in the freezer from a previous user that were not cleaned out, little dish ware only plates, no bowls so the couple red plastic cups were utilized, among many other things. For me and my family these accommodations were found to be unsatisfactory. The site was not prepared/ready for our stay and caused us to leave early, finding other arrangements. I would not recommend someone staying in the fifth wheel on this property until issues are mitigated. When notified of these concerns, host did not acknowledge or respond to concerns which is a red flag.
