This lot has lake frontage to Kings lake, with a boat launch. A huge lot spread with gravel and trimmed lawn. Solar lights are located around the property for fair visibility at night. You can enjoy the luxury of power hook up, running water, bathroom or septic dumb station. The lot also offers a hammock, new BBQ with propane, picnic table and fishing kayaks with safety equipment. A fire pit for those memorable evenings around the fire (wood included) over looking the lake. Enjoy the stars, wildlife, sunsets and peace a quiet.
