40 acre property in the desert. Located in La Paz county. Highway 60 and Interstate 10 are close by. Towns near by Brenda, Hope, Salome, Bouse and Quartzsite. Kofa wilderness area is cool place to visit. Alamo lake 55 miles away. This property is work in progress work and ground cleaning up is still going on.This is a flat area that is a work in progress. You can park or pitch a tent any were you like. Just reminder it's a work in progress you might see things in the dirt like broken small pieces of glass. The property Owers prior did not take care of the land, I'm still cleaning it up. I just got a working toilet in! No current water yet. ( my other property next door has running cold well water)I do have a tank of water there that will be used to fill the toilet with water to flush. If you come in van/ trailer I have dump spots. Ask me about them.
