The site is a grassed flat paddock which is easy to access from the highway.. The property features a shallow, low flow, seasonal creek which is a pleasant buffer to heat and noise. The Tomakin Club Courtesy bus picks up from the property. Wood available for purchase. The Teahouse hosts a pottery studio and runs Make and Sip Workshops.
