Our property is situated on a working apple and cherry orchard at the base of Mount Canobolas, 10 minute drive from Orange. The region has much to offer including amazing wineries and cellar doors, quaint villages with artisans shops, hot air balloon rides, waterfalls, the Arch Cave and more.
Here at The Orchard visitors are welcome to pick their own fruit in season, at a cost. Please speak to your host if you are interested.
There are plenty of local food and wine venues in the surrounding area for you to enjoy. Lake Canobolas is close by for swimming and there are a number of walking/ hiking trails in the beautiful Mount Canobolas National Park.
Pets are welcome but we do have livestock on the property to please keep them under control.
Campfires are allowed as long as there are no fire restrictions in place. Amenities are available for campers.
A shower and toilets are also available to campers.
Lovely experience of staying at a working Apple orchard.
Tracey was informative and helpful
I walked up the hill with the dogs to the large water tank and the views were breath taking...
2 good showers and toilets....
Set in beautiful Nashdale.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tracey was very helpful. We would stay again. Next time we would bring our jerry cans as there is no water hookup at your site. So either fill up before you arrive and use the tap at the entrance to top-up tanks. There is power to your site 👍🏻
Loved staying at the orchard plenty of space and nice and peaceful. Tracy is a wonderful host and her son showed us everything on arrival. Will definitely come back again.
A great spot away from traffic in peaceful surroundings. Greeted by Tracey’s son who was so helpful and welcoming. Site 7 was next to a beautiful tree providing shade and privacy, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
