Gated Community with key code access. Large 25 x 25 paved patio, Gazebo and level cement pad to park the RV on. Near Lake Lure and Rambling Bald Resort. Close to Blue Ridge Parkway and 35 minutes to Asheville, NC. Marion, NC is just 25 minute's away. Electricity two 30/50/120 amp plugs and water at site. Sewer clean out on property not next to site. May need extra hose to reach Furniture may be covered please replace covers before leaving. Quiet and relaxing with great views of the night sky.Located on Sweetbriar Road South not North! Wooded area post with site number on the post, gravel entrance to site on right. Mostly pine trees surrounding the area and other homes in the community are mostly log homes. Please no loud noises and no dogs off of the leash due to HOA Rules. Lake Lure and Chimely Rock just 8 miles away. Please pack trash out. The county dumpster is less than 5 miles away. If you go back to the gate and turn left, the dumpster is on the left. Bears are in the area so please do not leave trash out at anytime. Practice safe Bear Friendly rules like the park.
