Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
As you walk into the woods and begin the mild descent towards the creek area; listening to the wind and hearing nature all around you, life’s problems seem to fade away. The creek is small and the water is clear and cold. The foliage is magnificent all year long. Enjoy real camping. Large rock appear as an outcrop and enjoy a slow and natural spring. Over a mile of hiking trails some are better maintained than others.Rustic camping near the creek, small camp/cook fires are allowed. Walk the creek and explore the area and identify a variety of flora and fauna. Nearby is the whitewater center, crowders mountain and South Mountain State Park.
The creek area is a relaxing and serene environment to eliminate the stress of daily life.
