As our guest at Lakeside RV Retreat, you'll have exclusive access to free catch-and-release fishing in our well-stocked lake. Cast your line and reel in bass, catfish, and brim, all while enjoying the scenic beauty that surrounds you. Whether you're a seasoned angler or simply looking to relax by the water's edge, our lake offers a tranquil escape where you can connect with nature and create lasting memories. This place was awesome! Nice and private little spot on a big pond that offered a relaxing vibe. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with me, my friend, and my dog. If you're a more prepared camper than I, bring some sort of shade canopy as the main camping area doesn't have much shading at all when the sun is highest and hottest (I also forgot my sunscreen lol). Neil was an excellent host and communicated well how to get there and what to expect and I definitely recommend Lakeside Retreat if you're looking for a weekend away to just chill and maybe do a little fishing! 😎

The lake at Neil's retreat is gorgeous! Very peaceful and private spot to relax and enjoy nature. My dog enjoyed the freedom to roam around and nap where he pleased. Awesome spot for star gazing, too :) Thanks for sharing this magical place Neil!

The camp was great and the view of the lake was very nice. It felt very private yet was close to town if you need anything. There was some road noise but it’s not very busy

Beautiful campsite yards from the water. One of the most private feeling sites I have used on Hipcamp. I highly recommend and will likely return myself.
