20 acres of beautiful property that we are willing to share. It has trails and streams to explore. Learn more about this land: The property is a total of 20 acres, mostly wooded with trails and streams. There is a large secluded private area that is perfect for camping or outdoor parties, but there is no electricity or running water. We could run a long extension cord or rent a generator. The property is located 10 minutes away from the main shopping areas of Rockingham and is easily accessed via 74 business. Please be aware that we allow up to two groups at the same time on this property.The property is a total of 20 acres--mostly wooded with trails and small streams. Campfires allowed

If you want to have a fire, please do it responsibly. It's a great way to get rid of combustible garbage, but it's also dangerous to be left unattended. Just be smart about it.

Pets allowed

Off leash, on leash. Just needs to be friendly with other animals. We have a lot of indoor-outside cats that stay near the main house in general. We would rather they not get chased by your furbaby if it ventures near the main house area. We also have our own two dogs that are not that used to strangers so please don't try to pet them if you see them.

No toilet; campers must bring camp toilets

Potable water available

Hose, bottled water or jugs. If you provide the hoses, requires about 600ft of hoses from the main house to the clearing.

For small amounts of garbage, we can take it. Anything more than than a small bag or two should be taken with you. If you can't take it with you, we can work with you. Our garbage collection company charges extra for additional bins.

You are welcome to bring your own fire pit. We also have a small BBQ grill you can use.

Boondock with a reservation!

Nice little place to camp, the host was very accommodating! If you are looking to not be around other campers and have some place to yourself. This is a great option.
