Camping on the Megnetawan River on an 87 acre forested property. This is a boat in / canoe in only campsite. Launch your boat or canoe at the Little Doe Lake boat ramp located at the mouth of the Magnetawan river and paddle your way to the campsite, which is approximately 4 to 5 kms downstream of the boat launch. The campsite is similar to backcountry campsites where you need to bring everything you need, including drinking water, with you. There is an open air treasure chest aka a Thunder Box, a fire pit, camp chairs, a small table for your cook stove and lots of space for your tents!Relax in the Muskoka Chairs at the large fire pit overlooking a bay on the river at the Riverview Campsite. There is a large grassy area for setting up tents and a small table for your cook stove. This is a boat in (or canoe in) only campsite on the Magnetawan River. There is no road to this campsite.

This was a great spot for a group. A nice paddle in to the site. Lots of space for tents. Great spot for swimming. I would highly recommend booking here for a backcountry experience.
