Peaceful getaway on the coast right off of Highway 101 between Reedsport and North Bend. Pull off the highway and up the road to your secluded Hideout on the hill. Mountain views on one side and partial ocean view (weather permitting) on the other. It is minutes away from the ocean, 40 miles of dune riding and multiple lakes - the closest being Eel Lake, Tenmile Lake and Saunders Lake (all within 5 miles). This is a safe country setting with a few houses on the hill - not out in the boonies in the middle of nowhere. • Equipped with 3 slide-outs for plenty of elbow room. • Sleeps up to 6 - first 4 are included in the price (tents are allowed - maximum of 6 people total at site). • 2 separate bedrooms - Standard queen in Master / twin and upper bunk in 2nd bedroom. • Bathroom with shower. • Living room with twin size sofa sleeper. • Dining area - table drops down to double bed. • Complete kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. • Outside deck runs the full length of the Hideout - no trailer stairs to go up and down. • Main entrance is a sliding glass door - there is an additional exterior door in the Master bedroom. • Propane BBQ (propane provided). • NEW OUTDOOR LIVING AREA with gazebo, comfy cushioned chairs, a bench, end tables and a hanging light with dimmer. Belly up to the outside table for a great photo op with Boozy Bear (our life-sized wood carving) and take in the wonderful views. At night, cozy up to your campfire and enjoy a night sky perfect for stargazing. There is room to park 2 vehicles and a boat or toy trailer (if you have more than 1 trailer, send us an inquiry to see if we can accommodate you). If you don't have your own toys and are looking for some fun, four wheelers and sand rails can be rented northbound in Winchester Bay and also southbound at Spinreel Dune Buggy and ATV Rentals (both within 5 miles). For your water sport activities, just 5 minutes away in Lakeside you can find kayak and boat rentals available at Osprey Point and pontoon and fishing boat rentals are available at the Lakeside Marina.Peaceful getaway on the coast right off of Highway 101 between Reedsport and North Bend. Group trip
The Hideout was the perfect location for 3 days over the 4th of July. It's private yet minutes away from the coast, lakes, or towns. It's fully stock with just about everything that is needed. Very clean as well.

Perfect Coast Oasis
What a perfectly located oasis! Well stocked with amenities and extras! We had a wonderful time after, the first night of rain, to enjoy sunrise and sunset with an amazing fire too! We can’t wait to come back!

The Hideout was a great home away from home. Well thought out in the provided amenities from linens to games! The space itself is also just so wonderfully private and peaceful.

Ok so this is probably one of my favorite spots, I have visited through HipCamp. It is just right off the 101. But up on a hilltop. The views are just incredible in either direction. Mountains for miles one way and the coastal sand dunes in the other direction. The RV is very comfortable and has all they creature comforts you would want or need. A big flipping BBQ and nice fire pit. The deck is nice to chill on and warch the sunset. Boozy bear is a cool artsy touch. I really enjoyed my night here on my way from Eugene down to Gold Beach. Thank you Pam and Rusty, I will be back?
