Intentional Permaculture Sanctuary. Easily accessed from I-85 corridor. 20 acre farm with old growth trees, pond and native plants. Working farm with annual heirloom vegetables and both homestead dairy and fiber goats. Beekeeping and food forest currently being developed. Farm is also home to family's horses and resident donkey -- Wiley the Coyote Hunter. Guests can expect beautiful views and wildlife.Site is secluded woodsy area beside the intermittent stream. Private with view of horse pasture and access to pavilion. Room to explore. 5 min "hike" to the horse barn with full bath and shower.

Patient Wait Farm is a beautiful place with farm animals and a great area to camp! Gail is so helpful and friendly! She was so kind and even helped up get our gear back to the campsite!

This was a great place for families with kids! We had a lot of privacy in the area we set up camp, but it was also a short walk to see all their farm animals. Our hosts were very generous with their time taking our kids to see the beautiful horses, goats, donkey, geese, turkeys etc. The land and farm is beautiful and very well taken care of. There was a nice bathroom set up close to camp as well as a covered pavilion. Our hosts even shared some of their fresh buttermilk pie with us. We would 10/10 recommend this land to anyone looking for a nice get away!

This place is great! Secluded spot on the property, safe, clean, and the hosts are wonderful! I don’t know if I’ll ever find myself in SC again, but if I do, I will definitely stay here again!
