You can park your tiny home in a secluded area where you have access to a woodsy area for chill and nature filled days. 15 min away from downtown Alvin, a historic Texas town with historic architecture and small town atmosphere. Additionally, you’ll be 15 minutes away from 288, which will take you into Houston and all that it has to offer. Total commute to downtown Houston is about 45 minutes depending on the time and day. This is for you if you like a quiet life style and are self sustainable as much as possible. Water and access to charge your solar panel battery will be provided. Amenities like trash or WiFi can be discussed. Small and medium size dogs are welcome. Bigger dogs, please ask me, as I do have a cocker spaniel they’d share the yard with.This site is strategically located in the countryside with quick access to the city if needed for work or entertainment. This is perfect for someone who wants to park their tiny home and is self sustainable. I can provide water and a place to charge your solar panel battery. It doesn’t flood. For long term stays we can discuss access to trash service and WiFi. Small and medium dogs are welcome. For larger dogs please discuss since the yard would be shared with my low-key cocker spaniel.
