Each camp site has two horse corrals, fire ring, picnic table, room for an RV/horse trailer, and tent. Stock water only, no potable water. Outhouses with hand washing area. In camp you will find: 40' round pen, 86' X 120' outdoor rough terrain arena, trails, a small obstacle course and a play area for the kido's. From camp you can ride or hike miles of trails and roads on Department of Natural Resources (DNR) land. We are only a few miles from the 7 Cedars Casino and 10 miles from beautiful Sequim. Come relax and enjoy our little bit of heaven on the hill. SAGE HORSE CAMP AND RV PARK WENT FROM A DREAM TO REALITY ON JULY 5TH, 2014. WE ARE SO EXCITED TO BE OPEN AND AVAILABLE FOR OVERNIGHT CAMPERS AND DAY RIDERS ALIKE. OUR CAMPING IS CURRENTLY PRIMITIVE WITH A FEW AMENITIES. EACH CAMP SITE HAS TWO HORSE CORRALS, FIRE RING, AND PICNIC TABLE. WE HOPE YOU ENJOY THE CAMPGROUND AS MUCH AS WE DO.

AWESOME camp! Quiet, sites are clearly marked, several porta potties, sink to was up, hose water available, good spots to pitch a tent. Would definitely stay here again!

Site 3 - Sage Horse Camp!

Great Camp, amiable Camp Hosts. We went after a deluge of rain and they let us move to any of the available corrals. Site 3 had an awesome morning sunrise view. For $30/night you certainly get your moneys worth. Corrals, arena, round pen, and obstacle course. One day we rode to a few different places off site. Someone said the trails were intermediate, I would agree, and we enjoyed ourselves! We came across very accommodating motorcyclists and ATVers that were respectful of the horses. The next day we went to Miller Penninsula State Park. What a treat!!! Even better than the first day! Highly recommend!! A prior review ragged on the Obstacle course. Some of the obstacles could use some TLC, so we used what we wanted. Again for $30/night, it’s a bargain and beautiful!!!!!

Site 9 - Sage Horse Camp!

Nice looped drive to reach the sites. Having two corral stalls at each site was also a bonus. Directions are simple and easy to follow. Be prepared for spotty cell service in some site areas. I would come back again. :)

Site 14 - Sage Horse Camp!

Site 14 is a great site. It is secluded from all the other sites, it’s pretty far from the water, but it love it. It’s the only site I’ll camp in. I just wish it didn’t have a trail head in it. Most riders will use the new trail head, but some just don't care that they are walking through your camp site and disrupting your experience.
