Many pieces were found but the largest chunk was taken by a University. A piece is also in the Smithsonian. Also the largest contiguous piece of grassland pasture in Norton County, this property sits on the state line in between Nebraska and Kansas. Rich with Native and Pioneer heritage, Indian camp sites, old creek crossings and buffalo wallers can all be seen. A crumbling schoolhouse foundation makes for great exploration with metal detectors and many scenic viewpoints atop bluffs make for wonderful photo opportunities.
