Blankets, pillows, towels, linens, snacks etc. The bathroom has shower, sink, toilet. There is a small stove, toaster oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Pots/pans utensils and dishes, Coffee pot, Soap and towels blankets pillows and all bedding you need. wifi and TV to use with netflix/hulu/news and more. Your privacy is always respected at the cozy camper and noone bothers you, but we are always available if you have any questions or concerns. We have security cameras located outdoors for the safety of our guests and property. If you click the pictures on the listing you can enlarge them to get a better view of the camper. Please be advised before booking that we do not give refunds if you cut your stay short or arrive at a later date. This is not a place for gatherings. The Terry is an adorable vintage 1970’s camper nestled in the back secret garden area of Marina 59, a marina on the bayside of Far Rockaway filled with creative structures, beautiful boats and wonderful wildlife. The RV has a fold out full size bed that cozily fits 2, and a banquet table that can also transform into a smaller bed if needed. There is a new, powerful AC, and there is WiFi. The bathrooms, with large comfortable showers, are a quick walk away at the Marina entrance. Your rental includes a parking pass in the marina lot and a clicker to come and go as desired. Outside the doors, there’s a decent super market, a Dunkin’ Donuts, and a gas station. The beach is only three blocks away. We are close to JFK airport, super convenient, but you will hear some plane traffic overhead. We're the perfect spot to stay if you have a layover and want to head to the beach. I've opened a shipping container store, it's powered by solar panels and is right by the bathroom, stop in and check us out! A perfect retreat for surfers, sun lovers, bird watchers and anyone who loves to enjoy all that Rockaway has to offer. And it’s an easy breezy subway / bus / ferry / drive away from the city!

Our property is protected with a fire alarm , carbon monoxide alarm, gas leak alarm outdoor cameras throughout so you can be in peace and feel safe at the Momma Bear cozy camper. One thing to take into consideration is that we do not give back any refunds in the event you cut your stay short or arrive later than scheduled.
